Meet Adam Marin | Therapy in Moorestown
Hi, I’m Adam
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, that believes therapy works best when it feels honest, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
Whether you are a teen trying to figure out who you are, a young adult navigating major life transitions, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by stress, relationships, or emotions that seem to take over, my goal is to help you better understand what is happening beneath the surface and build healthier ways of responding.

My role is not to “fix” you or simply sit back and nod through every session.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, more like building a game plan together. We take an honest look at what is happening, identify the obstacles keeping you stuck, and work toward practical, meaningful change.
That means our sessions often involve reflection, feedback, skill-building, and real conversations that help you move forward.
I draw from evidence-based approaches to help clients build psychological flexibility and develop a healthier relationship with thoughts and emotions.
One belief guides much of my work: your emotions are not the enemy.
The goal is not to eliminate stress, anxiety, anger, or discomfort. The goal is learning how to understand those experiences without letting them control your choices.
As you build more awareness and flexibility, it becomes easier to respond with intention instead of reacting on autopilot.
I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if previous therapy experiences did not feel like the right fit.
But if you're looking for a therapist who is approachable, practical, and committed to helping you create meaningful change, let's talk and see where the conversation leads.
Take The First Step.
Client Testimonials 👍👍👍
Adam has been such a huge help in working through my anxiety and ADHD issues. He comes up with weekly strategies, explains to me the medical and mental connection of anxiety, and has taught me coping skills that I need so badly to get through my crisis.
Immediately provided the space for me to express myself. Allowed for completion of thoughts and guided into deeper dives. Felt relatable and the space was comfortable. Provided immediate connections between therapy style and how it can assist with issues/struggles.
When we met he was very genuine, honest, open minded, and listened to me when I talked. Seems like a great therapist, my first session and I have scheduled next session with him to continue working with him. He’s very down to earth and has great personality!
Adam is very helpful and makes each session enjoyable. He takes the time to really listen and provides thoughtful advice while helping you work toward practical solutions.
He is truly a great asset in my mental and physical recovery. Highly recommend.
